Website for a nutritionist

A nutritionist does not sell consultations, they sell three-month programmes. That changes everything the site has to do: recurring payment, tracking between sessions, and a very clear line between what can be promised and what cannot.

The difference between a nutritionist with a full calendar and one without is not the price of a consultation. It is whether the site sells a consultation or a programme.

A consultation is a transaction. A three-month programme is predictable revenue, a real outcome for the client, and a referral at the end.

What a nutritionist's site actually needs

Programmes, not just consultations. A one-month package, a three-month package, with what each includes: how many sessions, what plan, what tracking between meetings. Priced per package, not per hour.

Online payment for the package. Someone who decides in the evening wants to pay in the evening. A package that requires a bank transfer the next day loses half the decisions.

An intake form before the first session. Age, history, lab results, habits, medication. Sent and completed in advance, it turns the first session from an interview into work. It is health data, so it gets stored accordingly.

Online consultation carrying the same weight as in-person. Most of the work is conversation and planning, not examination. A site that treats online as a fallback narrows its own market to one city.

Who you work with. Performance sport, diabetes, pregnancy, eating disorders, weight loss. These are entirely different profiles with different searches, and each deserves its own page.

The integrations that matter

Recurring subscription. A three-month programme paid monthly needs recurring billing, not three invoices sent by hand.

Tracking between sessions. A weekly form for weight, measurements, how the plan went. It is what keeps a client engaged, and it is what decides the outcome.

A calendar with recurring sessions. A three-month programme means six appointments set from the start, not six coordination threads.

Google Business Profile, if you also work in person.

The line that is not crossed

A nutritionist can say what a nutrition plan does. They cannot promise to cure a disease, guarantee a number of kilograms, or advise stopping a treatment.

That is not excessive caution, it is the difference between nutritional advice and medical practice. A site saying "get rid of diabetes in 3 months" is a legal problem before it is a marketing one.

Before-and-after photos are allowed with written consent, but they also need a note that results vary between individuals.

Common mistakes

A price only "per consultation". It says nothing about what the outcome costs.

Promises with numbers. "10kg guaranteed" is the fastest route to a problem.

No pages per client profile. "Sports nutritionist Chișinău" and "nutritionist diabetes" are different searches, and neither finds a generic page.

The intake form by email. It is health data. A secured form costs the same and removes the question.

What we build

A prerendered site with programmes and recurring payment, a secured intake form and tracking between sessions. A page per client profile. Online consultation treated as a primary service. Romanian and Russian.

What each payment processor requires is written up here.

Questions

Why sell packages rather than consultations?

Because a nutritional outcome appears over months, not in one session. A package aligns what the client pays for with what they need to actually get a result, and it gives you predictable revenue instead of an unpredictable calendar.

Can I publish before-and-after photos?

Yes, with written consent for online publication and a note that results vary. Without consent, no — it is health data about an identifiable person.

Can I write that a plan helps with a specific condition?

You can describe what nutrition does in general. You cannot promise to treat or cure a disease, and you cannot suggest replacing medical treatment.

How does paying over three months work?

As a subscription: authorised once, charged monthly, stoppable. It needs a processor that supports recurring payments, which is not a given with all of them.
