A landscaping firm works four months and waits eight.
The site that solves that does not sell jobs in April — by then the diary is full. It sells bookings in January and maintenance contracts all year.
What a landscaping site actually needs
Booking for next season, from winter. Someone planning their garden in January is the ideal client: they have time, they have budget, and they are not in a hurry. A site that accepts out-of-season bookings fills the diary before the competition starts.
Pages per work type. Paving, turf, irrigation systems, fencing, decking, exterior lighting, planting. Each is a separate search with a different budget.
Maintenance contracts. This is the revenue that does not depend on the season: mowing, pruning, opening and winterising irrigation, spring clean-up. It is the only way to have income in the months without major work.
Indicative prices per square metre. Paving, turf, irrigation. These are measurable jobs, therefore comparable.
A portfolio showing the same garden over time. A landscape one month after planting looks poor. The same garden after two years sells. Few firms have those photos, and whoever does wins.
The service area.
What site preparation involves. Soil removal, levelling, drainage. Work clients do not budget for and find out about on site.
The integrations that matter
A form with photos and an area. Three pictures of the garden and an approximate area give a useful estimate without a visit.
Season booking with a waiting list. When April is full, whoever calls joins the list for May rather than leaving.
A maintenance subscription on recurring billing. A monthly contract invoiced by hand gets lost; one charged automatically stays.
Common mistakes
A site that sleeps through winter. Exactly the period when spring decisions get made.
No maintenance offer. Giving up the only steady revenue in the field.
Photos taken only right after the work. The moment a landscape looks worst.
No pages per type. "Garden paving price Chișinău" is a search with intent that a general gallery does not answer.
What we build
A prerendered site with pages per work type, booking for next season, a maintenance subscription on recurring billing and a form with photos. A portfolio showing change over time. Romanian and Russian.
Questions
How do I sell in winter, when nobody is thinking about their garden?
By selling the booking, not the job. Someone deciding in January has time to compare and an unallocated budget. In April only the people in a hurry decide, and by then you are full.
Are maintenance contracts worth it?
They are the most valuable part of the business. They turn a one-off client into a monthly one and cover the months without major work.
Which photos should I publish?
The same garden during the work, after a month and after two years. The change is the argument; the picture from the next day is not.
Do I need separate pages per work type?
Yes. Paving and irrigation are different budgets and different clients, and a shared page appears in neither search.
