Website for a medical clinic

What separates a clinic site from an online brochure — a page per specialty, a page per doctor, booking that picks the doctor, and what it concretely means that medical data is a special category.

A clinic with eight specialties has a problem a single practice does not: people do not search for "medical clinic". They search for "endocrinologist Chișinău", "thyroid ultrasound", "hormone panel". Every one of those is a page, and a clinic with one services page appears in none of them.

What a clinic site actually needs

A page per specialty. Not a list. Endocrinology, cardiology, gynaecology — each with what is treated there, which investigations are done, which doctors work in it. That is the difference between existing in search and not.

A page per doctor. Full name, specialisation, competencies, training, languages spoken. Patients search a doctor by name after a recommendation. A name with no page sends that search to someone else.

Booking that selects the doctor and the investigation. Not a generic form. Someone who wants a particular doctor has to be able to choose them; someone who wants a test has to be able to choose the test. The difference shows directly in how many bookings come out of how many visits.

The investigation list with prices. Tests get compared on price, and a clinic with no published prices loses the comparison before the phone rings.

What insurance covers and what it does not. The most frequent question at reception. Written once, it disappears from half the calls.

How to prepare for an investigation. Fasting, no exertion, what time. A patient who arrives unprepared loses a slot and blocks the schedule.

The integrations that matter

Booking wired to each doctor's real calendar. Not the clinic's — a doctor is free when they are free, not when the building is.

Results online. A patient who gets results in an account stops calling reception. This is also the most sensitive part: it is medical data, so real authentication, not a link with a code in it.

SMS reminders. A no-show for an investigation costs twice: an empty slot and an idle machine.

Google Business Profile per location. A clinic with two addresses needs two listings, not one.

Common mistakes

A single "Services" page. The most expensive mistake on this list. Ten specialties collapsed into a list is ten lost searches.

Results emailed unprotected. A lab report attached without a password is medical data sent in the clear.

Stock photos of white coats. They are recognised, and they say there are no photos of the real clinic.

Tracking pixels on specialty pages. Someone reading the oncology page and then seeing correlated ads is a problem, not a campaign.

What we build

A prerendered site — content in the page before JavaScript runs, so search engines and the crawlers feeding AI answers both see it. A page per specialty, per doctor and per investigation. Booking wired to each doctor's calendar. Romanian and Russian from one place. Structured data for the clinic and for each doctor.

What moves the price is covered in what a website costs in Moldova.

Questions

Why do I need a separate page per specialty?

Because people search the specialty, not the clinic. "Cardiologist Chișinău" is a query; "medical clinic" is far rarer. A page per specialty is the only form in which the clinic can appear in the search that actually brings a patient.

Can I publish lab results online?

Yes, with real authentication and access limited to the patient. Medical data is a special category, so a public link with a code in it is not enough technically or legally.

Do I have to publish investigation prices?

Not required, but tests are chosen on price. A clinic without prices is compared against one that has them, and the comparison happens without anyone calling.

How long does a clinic site take?

It depends on how many specialties, how many doctors, and which booking system goes in. The date follows from knowing the page count.
