Someone searching for a plumber at 23:00 is standing in water.
They do not read. They do not compare. They open the first result, look for a number, and if they do not see it within two seconds they go back and open the second.
What a plumber's site actually needs
The phone number, at the top, as a tap-to-call link. Not in the footer, not under "Contact". The first visible line on a phone. It is the most important decision on the entire site.
Emergencies: yes or no, and in what hours. If you work at night, say so loudly. It is a huge differentiator and few display it.
The service area, by locality. Chișinău plus which surrounding communes. Every locality written down is a search you can take.
Prices for the routine jobs. Unblocking, tap replacement, washing machine installation, boiler replacement, call-out. These are standard jobs with standard prices — publish them. Someone searching "how much does unblocking cost" finds you.
Which work you do. Plumbing, heating, drainage, boiler installation, water meters. Each with its own page: those are the searches.
Estimated arrival time. "Within 60-90 minutes in Chișinău" is worth more than any text about experience.
What the client should do before you arrive. Shut off the water, clear access, move belongings. A short list saves time on site and gets remembered.
The integrations that matter
Call and WhatsApp buttons pinned to the screen. On a phone, visible wherever you scroll.
A short form for planned work. Three fields, not ten. Someone planning a bathroom fills it in; someone with an emergency calls.
Google Business Profile with correct hours. For a plumber, the map is the main channel. If it says "Closed", the site no longer matters.
Common mistakes
A hidden phone number. The most expensive mistake possible in this field.
No indicative prices. It loses exactly the traffic with intent: "drain unblocking price Chișinău".
A site that works badly on a phone. Almost all the traffic is mobile, often on mobile data, often in a panic.
No localities. Someone searching "plumber Ialoveni" will not find a page that only says "Chișinău and surroundings".
What we build
A prerendered site, fast on a phone, with the number as a pinned tap-to-call link, pages per job type and per locality, indicative prices and declared emergency hours. Romanian and Russian. Structured data with the service area.
Questions
What matters most on a plumber's site?
The phone number visible without scrolling, on a phone. The traffic arrives in emergencies, and in an emergency nobody reads anything.
Is it worth publishing prices?
Yes, for the standard jobs. Those are precisely the searches with buying intent, and a published price removes the calls that only ask what it costs.
Do I need pages per locality?
Yes, if you serve several. "Plumber Durlești" is a separate search, and a page listing only Chișinău does not appear in it.
Do I need a site if I already have a Google profile?
The profile brings the calls, but it does not answer "how much" and does not appear in searches by job type. The two support each other.
