Website for a driving school

At driving schools the published price is almost always incomplete. The student finds out about fees, extra lessons and exams only at enrolment — and nearly every review in the field is about that.

Every driving school shows a price. Almost none shows the total cost.

The student enrols with one figure in mind, then pays exam fees, extra lessons, possibly a resit, and arrives at a completely different total.

That is where the reviews are lost, and where the customers are won.

What a driving school site actually needs

The full price, with everything in it. The theory course, the driving hours included, exam fees, the price of an extra hour, the cost of a resit. A realistic total beats a small incomplete figure with any student who has asked their friends.

A page per category. B, A, C, trailer, requalification. Different students, different searches, different prices.

The group schedule. When the next one starts, morning or evening, how long theory lasts. A student with a job filters on that before price.

How driving lessons are arranged. Who sets the times, how many hours a week, what happens on a missed lesson. The number one source of frustration in the field.

The instructors. Names, experience, the cars used. Students ask for a specific instructor on a recommendation.

Which documents are needed and in what order. Medical certificate, criminal record check, papers. It gets searched often and brings people in before they choose a school.

What happens if they fail. How many attempts, what each costs, whether extra hours are required. Everybody wonders and few ask out loud.

The integrations that matter

Online enrolment with a deposit. Someone who decides in the evening enrols in the evening.

Theory tests on the site. The strongest traffic magnet in the field. People who have not enrolled anywhere practise on your site and remember your name.

Booking driving lessons. A calendar where the student picks their own slot removes half the calls to the office.

Common mistakes

An incomplete price. The most frequent cause of bad reviews in the field.

One page for all categories. It loses searches for "category A driving school" or "requalification".

No group schedule. A student with a job cannot decide.

No theory tests. Giving up the only content that brings steady traffic.

What we build

A prerendered site with the full price broken down, pages per category, the group schedule, theory tests, online enrolment with a deposit and lesson booking. The documents explained. Romanian and Russian.

Questions

Why show the total if it looks higher?

Because they will find out anyway, and the gap between the figure on the site and the figure at the desk is exactly what ends up in reviews. An honest total wins the student who has already asked around what it really costs.

Are theory tests on the site worth it?

They are the most effective traffic magnet in the field. Someone practising on your site for weeks enrols with you, not elsewhere.

Do I need separate pages per category?

Yes. Someone looking for category A does not want to read about B, and a shared page appears in neither search.

What should I write about driving lessons?

How times are arranged, how many hours a week, and what happens on a missed lesson. It is the main source of dissatisfaction, so it is also the main opportunity to be clear.
