Website for a cleaning company

Cleaning is four different businesses under one name: a home subscription, a deep clean, post-renovation, and offices. A site that puts them on one page sells all four badly.

"Cleaning services" is not a service, it is four:

a home subscription, a monthly relationship built on trust; a deep clean, a one-off job; post-renovation, heavy work at a high price; and offices, a B2B contract with an invoice.

Different clients, different prices, different ways of buying. A site that mixes them convinces none of them.

What a cleaning company's site actually needs

A page per type. With what it includes, how long it takes, and how the price is calculated. Those are also the searches: "post-renovation cleaning Chișinău" does not find a general services page.

The price, per square metre or per hour, depending on type. Subscriptions go by the hour, deep cleans by area, post-renovation by area with a premium. Explain the logic, not just the figure.

What is in and what is out. Windows, inside cupboards, fridge, oven, balcony. Every complaint starts here, because "deep clean" means something different to everyone.

Who brings the products and equipment. A simple question, almost never answered.

A subscription for recurring cleaning. Weekly or fortnightly, with the same person. It is the only predictable revenue in the field and the reason clients stay.

The staff. Vetted, trained, the same person each time. In a service that enters someone's home, that outweighs price.

How long it takes. Clients plan their day around that figure and do not want to find it out on arrival.

The integrations that matter

Booking with area and type. Area and type produce an automatic estimate, and the client books without waiting for a reply.

A subscription with recurring billing. A subscription invoiced by hand gets lost; one charged automatically stays.

Recurring booking with the same person. The client does not want a company, they want the person who already knows where things go.

Common mistakes

Every service on one page. It misses the specific searches, which are the only ones with intent.

No price. A service that enters your home and has no public price creates distrust.

No list of what is included. The number one source of complaints in the field.

No subscription. Giving up the only recurring revenue.

What we build

A prerendered site with a page per cleaning type, the pricing logic explained, a list of what is in and out, booking with an automatic estimate, and a subscription on recurring billing. Romanian and Russian.

Questions

Why separate pages per type?

Because they are different businesses. Someone searching for post-renovation cleaning has an urgency and a budget; someone searching for a subscription wants a long relationship. One page cannot speak to both.

How do I publish a price when it depends on the property?

By logic plus a range: hourly for subscriptions, per square metre for deep cleans. A client who understands how it is calculated accepts the figure; one who sees nothing leaves.

Is a recurring subscription worth it?

It is the only predictable part of the business. A monthly client is worth ten one-off jobs and costs far less to keep.

What should I write about the staff?

That they are vetted, trained, and that the same person comes each time. In a service that requires access to a home, that matters more than price.
