Website for wedding services

In weddings the first question is not price. It is "are you free on 12 September?". An availability calendar on the site answers before anyone writes, and decides who makes the shortlist.

A couple planning a wedding contacts five suppliers in each category and gets four replies along the lines of "sorry, that date is taken".

The time lost there is enormous, on both sides.

An availability calendar on the site removes that conversation entirely — and puts you on the shortlist of the ones who are actually free.

What a wedding services site actually needs

A calendar of booked dates. It does not have to say why they are booked. Just free or not. It is the most useful function in the field and almost nobody has it.

Package prices, with what they include. How many hours, how many people, what gets delivered and when. Weddings are budgeted by category, and a supplier without a price does not enter the budget.

A portfolio by style, not mixed. Classic, rustic, minimal, outdoors. A couple who wants a small wedding in a garden is not looking at a 300-seat ballroom.

One complete event, start to finish. A single wedding documented in full convinces more than 500 scattered photographs from 50 events.

The deposit and the cancellation terms. People book 12 to 18 months ahead, so a deposit is normal. What is not normal is it being written nowhere.

The areas you work in. Many weddings happen outside the city.

What happens in bad weather. For anything outdoors, it is the question everyone asks and few answer.

The integrations that matter

Real-time availability checking. Wired to your actual calendar, not a manually updated list that falls behind.

A form with the date and venue from the start. If the date is taken, say so immediately, not after three messages.

Online deposit payment. A couple who has decided wants to lock the date that same evening.

Common mistakes

No availability calendar. Time disappears into conversations that end in "booked".

No price. A couple splitting a budget by category cannot include you.

A mixed portfolio. Eight hundred photos from which your style cannot be read.

No written cancellation terms. That conversation happens anyway; better beforehand.

What we build

A prerendered site with an availability calendar on your real schedule, packages with price and contents, a portfolio by style, online deposit payment and written terms. Romanian and Russian. Service structured data with the area covered.

Questions

Why does the calendar matter so much?

Because the first question from any couple is the date. A calendar answers instantly and saves you dozens of conversations that end in a refusal.

Do I have to publish package prices?

Yes. A wedding budget is split by category before anyone is contacted. A supplier with no price does not get counted, however good they are.

How much portfolio is enough?

Little and complete. One wedding documented in full says more about how you work than a thousand frames picked from dozens of events.

When do couples book?

Twelve to eighteen months ahead for popular dates. That means your site has to sell a date more than a year away, which makes the deposit and written terms essential.
